Default connect database
can sombody help me..after i create database in oracle.. what i must do to connect database and sql.. it's i must setup odbc first? is yes, how to setup odbc in localhost?

What do you want to connect from? An application program? If so which language?

i want to connect from java progamming language to the database(oracle)..
