Default TNS Writter Failure
Hello Oracle DBA Guru,

Is there anybody here had encoutered TNS Writter Failure error? Can you share what is the cause and the solution as well. Thanks...

Did that display with ora-code 12571? Can you describe when the error was displayed? When connecting to the database over the network?
