Default Problem opening menus in Windows xp SP2

Hi everybody,
I experienced a very strange problem with Windows XP.

All of the sudden:
The start menu cannot open by clicking it with the mouse.
The shortcuts on Desktop cannot open by clicking it with the mouse.
In Internet Explorer 7, cannot open the menu on the top. (e.g View - Encoding cannot select it, cannot open the View menu to select the Encoding submenu)
In General the left key in mouse doesnt work, only the right key is working.
I changed mouse, nothing happened.

S.O.S
What is happening here?
Thank you
