Does anyone know of a software to run at windows server that can show all the websites being opened at the clients' PC (On a LAN) ?

yes but it doesn't have to be a proxy server. a stand-alone small application would do.

Seems like proxy server would be easiest to me, then everything is centralized.

can anyone confirm that would be viewed only on the server machine and not on the systems on the same workgroup
