hi this is lucky,
when i try to log into the oracle with scott & tiger i got an called 01033 :oracle initialization or shutdown in process
earlier means before 2 months i worked alot on this.but now it's not working
how can i make it?
i read some answers but i didn't get clear idea.
please tell me how should i do?

Can you log on using OEM and check the size of your tablesspace files/redo logs?
