I am trying to compile php with sablotron and I get this error message

RPM build errors:

I googled for parts of this error message and went to this page

and it looks like compile output with the same error on different
versions, but it appears to be msg after msg with these errors.
What is this output? Whose doing the testing?
Any ideas on what the error is or is caused by?
