Default trigger enable/disble in mysql5.0

is there any to to enable or disable the triggers in mysql5.0 or is there any other alternative

Do you mean enable/disable the support for triggers, or have the triggers themselves enabled/disabled?

The only way I know of to disable a trigger is to delete it, which would mean you would have to create it again to enable it again.
