Default Email List

I work for an auction company and we want to make an emailing list. currently we have all the emails coming in through our email, then we just print them and send out each individual email.
Our list has grown to the extent where we can't send them out each time, just takes to long.
Whats the best way to keep track of all these emails and blasting them?

Thanks in advance

What has this question got to do with IIS? Your email server logs could be a good starting point...
