How do I connect a simulink application with C#.NET

Hi,

I'm looking for a way to connect an application created with simulink with C#.NET. I also need to be able to process the outputs from the simulink application in my C#.NET coding. The outputs of the simulink application include a video file that I need to display on a C# interface.

The simulink version I'm using comes with Matlab 2006(a), and i'm using visual studio 2005

Any ideas how I can get this done??
