DB2 UDB for z/OS V8 Sample Programs needed

Hi,

I am looking for the DSNTEP2 sample applications in DSN810.SDSNSAMP
referred to in
the DB2 UDB for z/OS Version 8 Application Programming and SQL Guide
(SC18-7415) (see link below for manual).

My company have not installed these manuals into the same naming
convention I suspect and I cant find the sample programs.

I see there was a post in 2004 with the same request, but no response,
so I thought I would raise a fresh request.
