Access<-->XML/XSD

Hi,

I'm looking for help !

I have the following
- an AccessDB
- a number of XSD

I should be able to
- export data from Access into a XML by using the XSD
- import data into Access from a XML by using the XSD
or
- convert a CSV into a XML by using the XSD
- convert a XML by using the XSD into a CSV

I'm looking after either
- a module for Access which can handle directly the XML import/export based upon the XSD
- a command-line tool which can do the CSV<-->XML conversion based upon the XSD

Of course, any other suggestion welcomed !
