Quanta CSS editor (?)

I am getting started using Quanta plus in Ubuntu. It's supposed to
have a CSS editor, but I can't find it. I have version 3.5.8

So, like... where is it? I'm working on an existing project with
external stylesheets, and the page(s) display correctly.

Help would be appreciated!
