I have been stable in a single place for quiet a long time but now I need to travel places for my business. Obviously when you grow, you travel places….but the problem is that I need to access my system at my home site and also need to have a web conferencing appliance. I would be looking to economize this and would like to have a solution that can offer me both the deals in a package. The provider should be a reliable one and must be known for his service. Security will also be a major factor for consideration. So, please suggest me a good provider to help me better my business.

What do you mean 'web conferencing appliance'?

You can set up a VPN without going through a vendor, but that would be between your home and your remote location - that's not necessarily the same place you will always want to have the web conferencing...
