Why is my IIS not working offline i.e. without internet connection

Here are the pics of my webpage

When I am connected to internet

My ASP webpage is displayed as follows

[/IMG]

When I am not connected to internet My ASP webpage is displayed as follows


[IMG]
[/IMG]


Also when connected to internet every time I have to type the IP address

My ASP page never runs when I type http://localhost/home.asp

home.asp is stored in wwwroot folder

Also when I type http:// localhost

then the following page opens up
