Default finding an e-mail responder

I had a person respond to a questionair on my website. The response said it came from "Remote_Host 67.130.190.191" Can I trace this back and find out who the sender is?

Best you can do is try a few steps.
You can try to do an nslookup on the address to see if its publicly registered anywhere.
You can try and do a traceroute to the ip. The readout will show the hops taken to get to the address, which frequently the name of the "hops" has a basic location included.
In all likelyhood it's an ip in a pool of IPs used by an ISP and not really assigned to any particular user. If you really want, you can try and track down the IP and contact the ISP about it with the date and time. But unless you're pushing legal action, you're not likely to get information out of them.

I have moved this thread to the networking forum, hopefully that is a more usefull location.
