VBScript Web Page download

Can someone please point me in the right direction. I have a script to automate a download from a web page, but when it prompts to save the file I don't know how to address this.

It would probably be better if you post your question under Programming category in order to cath programmers ( VB Programmers specifically) attention to your question.
