PSD and HTML/PHP

Hi I want to know can I use PSD file in HTML/PHP actually I am using DreamWeaver to make a website and also have made a psd form layout but know i am unable to use the psd file in dreamweaver.

hi ...

could you please explain in more detail what you want to do? using the psd as a simple image in the webpage (which will not work - use gif, jpg or png) or creating a webpage-layout from the psd?

Thanks for ur reply but I found out the solution actually the problem was I created an form in Adobe photoshop and wanted to use it in my php website .Thank u once again for replying
