Interface developing, prince 2 activities

Im trying to put the activities and structure together for a standard development of an interface between our product (financial software) and third party software. ever changing requirements, prototyping, communication etc has to all find a place in the activities designed to deliver results in the end i.e. a good and working interface for the customer. Does anyone have an example for me?

Dude, you can't put together anything that has "ever changing requirements."

You need to either get a contract signed with whoever your customer is, or make sure your boss knows that you are designing this to be re-written in the future. At that point I'd VB prototype everything instead of actually trying to create a final product out of "ever changing requirements."
