A question about documentation software

Hi

I have a very short question.
what are the methods of software documentation in software developing process and what are the most competitive software in this area?

I want to find some software in documentation and compare them specially in the methods that they are using.

please help me because it is seriously important and guide me with any information that you think it may be useful for me.

That is not a short question. The methods of software documentation are as varied as the methods of writing a novel. A popular auto-documentation utility is Doxygen, it is fashioned after javadoc, so either of those will provide you with one idea of how to write documentation.
