None of "Unicode", "Borland C++ 3.1", or "DOS" are defined by the C++
language. Also, Borland 3.1 is more than 11 years old and does not
come anywhere near to conformance with the standard C++ language.

In any case, the Borland support groups are in the
news:borland.public.* family on the server newsgroups.borland.com.
