Default IE7 - scroll bar does not appear unless you resize the window
Compare FF with IE7

100 selections should be available...

a scrollbar should appear automatically.

It does with FF, but not IE7, until the window is resized.

Just figured it out.

Changed overflow: auto to overflow: scroll
