depending on how "new" you are to 'this', you may consider using
textpattern cms. it's the easiest blogging/cms tool around. my
clients love it.

Definitely look at pmWiki. You do not need any programming to run use.
It installs and up in running in 30 min. If is most flexible I have
seen. If you are a programmer you can jump in and start swimming.
