can i change the MSIE (extra,options, securty) with asp or javascript? if
answer is yes how?

No! Imagine if you went to a site and it changed your security settings.
That would kinda defeat the purpose of security, wouldn't it?

Instead of using cookies or sessionvariables make use of a sessionID and a
table.
