I am working with MS Office Access 2003 11.5614 on a computer running
XP. If I change a property such as the input mask in a table, to have
the change reflected in an existing form I have to go to the form
design, delete the field and re-insert it into the form to exhibit the
change in the property. Is there a command I can use to cause the
forms to refresh their conditions from the table ?

That's by design. Therefore spend enough time on your table design
BEFORE you create your forms.

When you change properties in the 2003 version, you should get a
smart flag you can click (some thingie with a "lightening" on it),
where you are asked whether you want to propagate the changes
everywhere the field is used. Whether it works or not, I wouldn't
know.
