I use an AdRotator component but it doesn't seem to rotate any ads? How long
does it take to rotate an ad? The RatioNumber(= 4) is the frequency that the
ad is being show but I am not sure to what this value is relative. My
browser has stuck in Ad#2 about half an hour ago. Should I wait more for
this ad to rotate?
