My client needs to build a Getty Images like Stock Photography Store.
The e-commerce aspect can be taken up in the second phase. What is
needed now is the Stock Photography administration, Search - in the
lines of Getty Images and Watermarking of images before download (the
original images will be mailed to them on purchase). Images will be
tagged by orientation - Portrait, Landscape, Panoramic etc. Type -
Color, B&W, Illustration Licencing Details etc. Search based on
keywords / tags.

Is there such an application (PHP + MySQL) available that I can
download for free or buy?

Don't think so. But it shouldn't be that hard to write. From what
you're saying, it all sounds like pretty stock stuff.
