Default Error 0x80004005

I've written an asp page to transfer values from a form
into an Access .mdb file, and I'm getting this error:

Error Type:
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers (0x80004005)
[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver]General error
Unable to open registry key 'Temporary (volatile) Jet DSN
for process 0xe68 Thread 0x798 DBC 0x15c1024 Jet'.

Any advice/solutions? Thanks.

I'm running Win XP with pretty much all critical and
recommended updates.
