I know how to use color codes or rgb(%,%,%). Just wondering how to
implement 90% black?

100%(white)-90%=10%
10% of 255(white) = 25,5

rgb(25,25,25)

Or rgb(10%, 10%, 10%).

Seems easier to me just to choose between #111 and #222.
