Protecting ASP Code ???

Is their anyway I can protect my asp code from being copied.
I have created a number of include files that are quite useful and save a
lot of time.
I am hoping that if another developer is enlisted to work on a project i
have worked on previously, I can
protect all my hard work from being plagerised.

Insight appreciated !!!!
