Default Reccomendation for a recent, current and good book on CSS?

Yes, me again.

There are so many tutorial websites, on all things not just CSS, with
the information scattered in so many ways that it's difficult to keep
track. I have bookmarks galore for css sites, but when I want to look
something up I don't know where to start. Which site DID I see that
snippet on?

So, I want a book on my shelf. You know the thing; paper, with fixed
margins, fonts and font sizes that a user can't change and that can't
be resized without breaking it. :)

If you could only have one book to teach someone how to use CSS today,
which one would you, the real developers of the world, use?

Thanks muchly.
