Default how to resolve entities in XML file ?

Hi.

I want to get rid (resolve/substitute) of
(internal) entities in one of my xhtml files.

Is there any command line tool to do this (for linux) ?
(similar to 'sgmlnorm' for example).

TIA.

Haven't checked, but I would expect that the W3C's "tidy" tool can do
this, amongst the other HTML and XML cleanup features it offers.
