Default How to construct a public upload/download site?
I am interested in making a site that operate like

http://www.imghost.us
http://www.mystipix.com which give you a hyperlink for the file you
uploaded or

http://ww.vv1111.net which give you a password to retrieve the
file uploaded.

Is there some open source program function like those site? or do I
need to write my own script?
