Microsoft Graph and Access 2002

I have a database that uses simple bar charts in Access 2002 reports. Each
time i run these reports a message box saying "Installing Microsft Graph"
appears and seems to take an age to load. Is Microsoft Graph installed as
default with Access 2002 or does it need installing as seems to suggest
from this message? If I run the same reports in Access 2003 then this
installation feature does not appear and the graphs are loaded
automatically, without the long wait!
