Default Mainform/Subform Refresh/Requery Quirk

I'm sure there is a workaround for this, but haven't found it yet. I
have a mainform with two subforms and after one or both of the
subforms are updated, then clicking the Refresh button on the mainform
(to show updated values), causes the updated subform(s) to
automatically scroll up to one blank line if a new record was entered,
or to the line that was edited. All of the prior subform records are
not viewable or accessible until exiting the mainform and returning.
If no updates to the subforms are done, then clicking the Refresh
button on the mainform causes no changes.

Have also use variations of Requery in lieu of Refresh for the
mainform, but had the same results to the subforms. A point of
clarification regarding this matter is that the subforms are
continuous forms with about 12 lines displayed - there is no change in
what is shown whether there have been updates performed or not, after
clicking the mainform refresh/requery button, until the data on either
one or both of the subforms exceeds the initial 12 lines.

Would using SetFocus somehow resolve this issue? Any assistance will
be appreciated. Thanks, Dalan
