Default adding to the file menu

Hi Everyone

I would like to add an item to the File/Edit/etc... Tool bar.

That is, I have a table of items that I would like to add to it with about
50 options. Can this be done and if so, how do I go about it?

Hi,

I don't do that often enough to be of help to you at any less effort than
your doing it ... However there is a ng;
microsoft.public.access.commandbarsui that focuses on just that.
