Setup Error 915 - Object 5 using A97 on Win2K

I have created a runtime set up profile using ODE Tools 97
on a Win2K machine (also tried Win98 as well). I am
trying to run this set up on another win2K machine and
get this "SetUp Error 915" Object 5 The set up files are
damaged..etc.etc. Doesn't seem to matter which machine
i've created this profile on, win98 or win2K on two
different machines. I've installed all the service packs
for both Office and ODE Tools. Any help would be great!
