Default FP9 installer breaks Information Center (Windows)
Dear all,

It seems the problem discovered in FP8, related to applying FP8 on a ESE +
DOCE installation still exists with FP9.

I was asked to locate the Information Center fixpack, pointed onto my
directory containing FP7 DOCE, and now, the Information Center does not work
anymore. I deinstalled Information Center, rebooted, and re-installed.
