Default DB2 UDB v8.2 Fixpack 9 Problem starting Information Center

I upgraded my workstation (Windows XP Professional) DB2 UDB ESE version 8.1
fixpack 8 to fixpack 9. After the upgrade I'm not able to start the
Information Center, nor start the General Help from the Help menu in Control
Center. The message is 'The page cannot be displayed' in Internet Explorer.

Can anyone point me in the right direction as to what might be wrong ?

Is the source of your documentation (ref: Tools Settings, Documentation
tab) valid?

I think the settings are correct. They are pointing to localhost port 51000.
The same port as in the services-file, and the same as the DB2_DOCPORT and
DB2_DOCHOST parameters.
