Default rollforward problems understanding CUT

Hi,
Please help. I am having big problems trying to do a restore to a
point in time.
I have a restore with a time stamp of:20040512153945
Taken at about 15:40. I want to roll forward the logs to a point in
time, but the logs that is rolled forward contains the bad data, I
think I need to convert to CUT. I need to roll forward to about the
time of the backup. Using the $TZ var I get:
GMT0BST,M3.5.0,M10.5.0

How on earth do I convert the GMT to the CUT ? Once I understand that
I think it will work.

thanks

CUT and GMT mean essentially the same thing to anyone who isn't an
astronomer. If your timestamp is 15:39:45 BST, that will work out to
be 14:39:45 CUT.
