Can not uninstall DB2 V8.1 FP4 under Windows 2003 Server.

Hi all.

IHAC who has a problem about unintalling DB2.
This is known problem at (Sorry it is long)

Anyone know is this known bug ?
If it is bug, please tell me APAR#.

No APAR that I know of.
