Hi DB2 gurus,
We are considering to port our application (Windows User Interface +
MsSQL2k backend ) into DB2/400 backend , same interface.
Is there any tools/product that could make this process easier ?
Thanks a lot,

If it is not secret, why you port it ?
Just curious,

Hi,
MetaMatrix adds new option sto move data, or bridge the trransition as you
move over. If its a substantial job, check us out, we work with both
WebSphere & DB2/MQ products too.

You may want to look at the DB2 Migration Toolkit. I had some success
with basic SQL syntax conversion using this tool. If you keep your
expectations realistic, ity can save some labor, but it won't help
much with complex TSQL. http://www-106.ibm.com/developerwork...rzebowicz.html
