IIS 5.0 CGI XML

Question posted by: Rich J (Guest) on November 11th, 2005 10:50 PM
I migrated a Perl CGI app from IIS on Windows NT 4.0 to
IIS 5.0 on Windows 2000. The CGI script gets data from a
Unix Server and then formats and returns XML.

The CGI XML script worked fine on NT 4.0 but doesn't work
in IIS 5.0. IIS 5.0 either returns nothing or a partial
document. Seems somewhat related to the amount of data
returned.

I can display the XML via Internet Explorer on Windows
2000, so I know the XML is correct. CGI scripts returning
HTML work fine in IIS 5.0 on the same Server.

I configured Windows 2000 and IIS 5.0 as described in
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=KB;EN-
US;q301244&ID=KB;EN-US;q301244&SD=MSDN.

Any assistance would be appreciated!
