Implementation Dependcies in C++

Hi,

I was going through "The Annotated C++ Reference Manual" and it's
mentioned in one of the sections that there are about thirty
implementation-dependent features in C++.

Could any one of you provide me with a good document on this topic. I
would like to know these things in detail.
