happy face in html?

Hello, is there any cross-browser html code to generate a little "Have
a nice day" happy face, or any happy face?

Isn't it discriminatory to mention that one only? There's ☻ too.

Kids, don't do this at home. Remember that only the invariant subset of
ASCII is really safe (with caveats).
