i'd like to page for insert user's post the same page for insert new post in this site
that user can bold or italic or even change color part of typed text
and or add small pictures
for example a list of pictures show in a list and with selection user from this list

What language/framework/system are you using to develop your application?

If this is a web application, have you considered looking into using CSS in your solution?
