Default Drop down menu problem (Firefox vs IE)

Hi,

I've got some problems with horizontal drop down menu. It looks fine
under Firefox, a mess under IE.

I've noticed the following differences/problems:
- Extra space between menu items and bottom border
- Disapearing sub <ul>s after second sub menu items.
- Space between the last sub menu item and the rest

I've tried different tricks but I couldn't find any reasonable
solution.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
