I am new to windows mobile Application, now I want to develop "SIP Dial"

I dont have knowledge about this,so please anyone suggest to me..

I having ww5.0 packet pc,visual studio2005,developing software win32 C++

So you want to create a sip panel? or specifically the dialer screen?
