I am developing intensity of wave in physics.
I am using system.math in c#.
every thing is fine. but the result of Intensity is not well.
my formula is:-
I=4*a2*cos2(delta/2);
delta=2pi/lambda*trangle;
trangle=dx/d
lambda=constant*10pow-10;

but i am not able to solve the value of i which is using...

i=4*math.pow(a,2)*math.pow(math.cos(lambda/2),2); this is right
or
i=4*a*a*cos(lambda/2)*cos(lambada/2)) //comming error
